Description
This course is an FAA approved part 141 course available to privately-certificated pilots.
In some cases, previous knowledge and experience can be credited toward the course curriculum requirements per 14 CFR 141.77 (c).
Training under 14 CFR part 61 can be provided. Custom training programs are available based on individual’s previous knowledge and flight experience.
Requirements
Must be at least 18 years of age
Must read, speak, write, and understand English
Hold at least a Private Pilot Certificate
Pass FAA Knowledge Exam
BasicMed or FAA 3rd Class Medical is required for training. A 2nd class medical is required while acting as Pilot in Command (PIC) for compensation
Course Details
115 hours minimum flight training
30 hours minimum of ground training
14 hours pre and post flight evaluations
Pass oral/practical test conducted by an FAA designated examiner
